1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods in the e-shop.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

2.1. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by e-mail by the seller.
2.2. The prices of goods are listed including VAT if the seller is the payer.

3. Payment terms

The buyer can pay:
• online card (Stripe/GoPay/ComGate)
• by bank transfer
• other methods listed in the cart.

4. Transportation

The goods are delivered via the carriers specified in the order.
Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days from order confirmation.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
• Notice of withdrawal must be sent by email
• Goods must be returned undamaged, unopened, unused in the original packaging.
• The seller returns the money within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6. Complaints

The buyer has the right to claim defects in the goods in accordance with the law.

8. Final provisions

The terms and conditions are valid from January 1, 2026 and are published on the website.
The Seller may change the Terms and Conditions; the updated version is valid on the website.
