Withdrawal from the purchase contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable legal regulations (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection).
Withdrawal conditions
The goods must be returned undamaged and unused.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging.
The buyer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to verify the properties and functioning of the goods.
How to exercise withdrawal

Refund
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the amount paid to the Buyer within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the payment was made.
